Hi, I’m Annette and I’ve loved food for as long as I can remember—both eating it and preparing it. I grew up in a home where every meal was lovingly cooked from scratch. Dining out was rare and exploring new flavors meant sharing dishes at the homes of family and friends. Food was always about comfort, warmth, and memorable flavors—something I bring to every dish I create, offering a taste that’s both unique and comforting in every bite.

 

I began with traditional Goan and Mangalorean dishes, reflecting my roots, and gradually expanded my horizons to international cuisines. Over time, I realized that the act and art of cooking calmed my soul—it’s my stress buster, my creative outlet and a way to connect with others.

 

Cooking brings me calm. Watching my guests enjoy their meal brings me a sense of fulfillment.
